Automotive suppliers feel effects of slowdown (Knoxville News Sentinel)

The automotive industry slowdown is leading to more layoffs at East Tennessee companies. Tennessee's Department of Labor and Workforce Development said Monday that 16 businesses and the University of Tennessee reported 1,655 layoffs in the last week.
